Backorders

Unfortunately, some items may be temporarily out of stock. All backorders will be shipped out as soon as the goods are available.

Damages & Claims

Please inspect all goods upon delivery. For any damage caused during transit, please contact our Customer Service department. Any damage caused by negligence of care or from child-related incidents after delivery, will not qualify for a refund/return. Approved returned goods must be received by Step4 complete and in original packaging and condition in which they were delivered to you. Step4 reserves the right to charge shipping and re-stocking fees for any items being returned. Custom-made, made to order items and assembled furniture cannot generally be returned for this reason.

Delivery

We aim to ensure that domestic orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days and delivery will take place between 2-7 business days from dispatch.

Returns Policy

You may return products to us for exchange within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused and are accompanied with their original packaging. Please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving them should you wish to exchange an item. (Sale items and custom made items excluded) However please select carefully as all additional freight/postage costs are at the buyers’ expense if you change your mind.

Cancellation of orders may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% where applicable.

Product Warranty

Warranty for defects in manufacturing quality is the warranty issued by the products’ respective manufacturer.

Product Liability

Any products sold to you are sold on the basis that no warranty is given by us as to the quality or fitness for purpose of the product other than warranties that are implied by law which cannot be excluded or modified. You acknowledge that you have satisfied yourself that the product is suitable for your intended use of it and you agree that you have read and understood and will comply with all conditions of use of the products and in particular, will ensure that any use of the product by children will be properly supervised. Any product sold to you will be subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Design & Set Changes

As products are subject to design or colour change at any time, Step4 reserves the right to supply the current available item. We may do so without prior notice, provided we have reasonable grounds to believe the alternative items offered is similar to that previously offered. Occassinally, items from a set may be out of stock. Step4 may substitute appropriate items to complete your order.
