How this product aligns with the EYLF
Developing early STEM and problem-solving skills
The Nuts & Bolts set encourages children to explore shapes and colours while developing their hand-eye coordination. As children engage in the process of matching nuts with corresponding bolts, they practice problem-solving skills and begin to understand basic engineering concepts through play.
Supporting play-based learning and inquiry
This product invites children to engage in open-ended play, fostering curiosity and exploration. As they manipulate the nuts and bolts, children can experiment with different combinations, promoting inquiry-based learning and encouraging them to ask questions about shapes, colours, and construction.
